Fraser offers competitive salaries in line directly with market rates and the industry. Fraser offers additional monetary and non-monetary rewards when you go above and beyond the scope of your responsibilities!

Fraser offers 3 plans of medical plans with HSA and FSA options to meet the needs of you and your family. If enrolled, each plans covers preventative healthcare at 100%, as well as coverage (based on your plan election) for prescription drugs. Family coverage includes spouse enrollment with no surcharge.

A comprehensive dental plan is available which includes preventative care and other covered dental services.

Vision benefits with coverage of preventative, and allowances for glasses and contacts.

Fraser understands that to be at your best, you need time away from work! Our PTO plan offers bi-weekly accrual, based on full-time equivalent status. You can use PTO as it accrues and in partial-day increments. Part-time and on-call staff are eligible for Sick and Safe time, which provides time off support for qualifying absences.

Fraser will designate up to eight (8) closed business days/holidays each year. These designated closed business days typically fall on nationally recognized holidays, such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days) and Christmas (2 days). The actual dates of closure may vary from year to year and by business unit or location. Community Living staff are do not have closed business days, but receive a higher PTO accrual!

Fraser may offer annual increases up to 5% based on performance! Fraser offers greater increases then many for-profit employers. As employees learn and grow in their role, they may see their performance ratings increase, which means a higher increase.

Available to employees at least 18 years old who wish to defer salary to invest in retirement. Fraser will match employee’s salary deferral up to a maximum of 3%. Employee salary deferrals are 100% vested, the Fraser matching contribution is fully vested upon completion of 1 year of service with 1,000 hours.

Fraser provides 1X your annual salary in Group Term life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. Voluntary life coverage is also available.

Full time employees are eligible to elect Short Term Disability, which provides reasonable replacement of monthly earnings.

Long-Term Disability provided by Fraser pays 60% of wages for an eligible disability up to a maximum of $6,000 per month following 90 days of continuous disability.

All Fraser employees are eligible for a free series of Hepatitis B vaccination.

Designated positions may qualify for relocation assistance, depending on position and distance.

Fraser is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Forgiveness Program (PSFP). You may be eligible to have your student loan balance forgiven after 120 payments. (Only loans received under the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program are eligible for PSFP.)

When you refer your connections to work at Fraser, you may eligible for referral bonuses ranging up to $500!

Elect pretax dollars to cover your child’s care expenses and reduce taxable income.

The Fraser Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers complimentary, safe, and confidential counselors that will listen to your concerns and help you explore your resources and develop options. The program provides support with financial matters, work-related issues, marriage and relationship problems, substance abuse, legal concerns, stress and mental health. The EAP program does not share any details with Fraser.

Employees in some positions are eligible to receive a Fraser phone for work purposes; all employees are eligible to save on their personal cell phone services through Verizon with 15% off base charges.

Fraser employees receive up to a 10% discount for a child enrolled at Fraser School. Each year you are employed at Fraser, your discount increases by 2% (capped at 20%).

Fraser partners with Capella, Rasmussen, St. Kate’s, Purdue, Hamline, and Augsburg to provide various tuition discounts and opportunities on qualifying programs. Community Living Staff are eligible for special scholarships to cover tuition expenses.

Fraser offers all employees the opportunity to purchase a 31-day Metro Transit Pass using pre-tax dollars and a payroll deduction. The pass provides access to Metro Transit busses, light rail, and other Metro Transit services for $83 per month. For employees at the Minneapolis Clinic, Richfield Campus or certain Supervised Living locations qualify for an additional $32 subsidy each month, provided by Fraser, which reduces the cost of a Metro Pass to $51 per month.

Fraser provides opportunity for professional growth across the organization through the “Fraser Training U,” Supervisory Training modules, and external trainings related to our services. Fraser also supports internal promotion opportunities through clear career ladders or paths, available for most positions. There may also be internal and/or external trainings (CEUs, clinical supervision, etc.) offered, depending on division availability and policy.

Eligible positions offer opportunities to work from home. Fraser provides support for virtual staff.
