2026 Tee Off for Fraser, presented by Geritom Medical

Join us for our signature scramble golf tournament at the beautiful and exclusive Brackett’s Crossing Country Club on Monday, June 29. This premier event raises critical funds for Fraser Community Living, helping ensure adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have accessible homes where they can truly belong.

Your participation, whether as an individual golfer, foursome, sponsor, or volunteer, ensures that when families walk through the doors of a Fraser Community Living home, they feel peace knowing their loved one is supported, valued, and surrounded by people who care.

Transportation is often the “bridge” that makes inclusion possible. With ready transportation, individuals with intellectual and developmental disability are more likely to interact with community members and build natural support networks. The funds raised this year will help us purchase 3 new accessible vans to provide transportation for our residents. Vans allow them to visit the doctor or dentist, go shopping, attend events, participate in recreation and hobbies, and maintain friendships and family relationships.

For individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities transportation is more than just a means of getting from one place to another. It is also a gateway to independence, community inclusion, and essential services.
