In-Home Support is a licensed service provided in a person’s home and in the community that increases and maintains a person’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social functioning. Fraser In-Home Support provides services to the person with special needs and training to family members to increase their ability to care for that person. Individual support plans are created following a thorough assessment of the person’s strengths and needs. Targeted goals are developed, and progress is measured based on a collaborative team process.
