Diane S. Cross - M.ED

President, Chief Executive Officer

Diane Cross has been President and CEO of Fraser since 1989. Fraser is a nonprofit that provides healthcare, housing, education and employment to thousands of children and adults with special needs and their families. Diane has built Fraser from a $1.0 million operation serving 200 clients annually, to a nationally recognized multi-service organization with an annual budget of almost $80 million and a staff of over 1,300 serving thousands of clients each year statewide.

Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Ohio University. She graduated with highest honors from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a master’s degree in education in speech-language pathology and audiology. Prior to joining Fraser, Diane was the Director of Medical Rehabilitation and Education at Courage Center where she was credited with their major growth.
