Day Treatment Service Lead
My name is Jordan Brandt, and I am a Day Treatment service lead.
I started at Fraser in 2013 as a developmental trainee in the Day Treatment classrooms. I became a mental health practitioner after graduating with my master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2016. Through my work at Fraser, I have also received my licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) certificate.
The clients are the best part of my job! I love seeing how children develop and progress through our work together. It is truly humbling to have parents and guardians say that you have made a difference in their lives.
I work with some of most wonderful human beings. My coworkers are thoughtful, caring and passionate about their work. We support each other while trying to ensure all our clients have the brightest of futures.
I have also benefited from the variety of continuing education opportunities Fraser offers, like ongoing multi-disciplinary consultations, First Wednesday Trainings and an annual conference. Fraser also supports you in pursuing external opportunities and training that promote cross training and growth.
Fraser truly makes a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of those with autism and special needs. It brings me joy to be an employee at Fraser.
