My name is Angela Jakobitz, and I am an assistant coordinator in a Fraser Supervised Living home.
From the beginning, my coworkers have been very kind and easy to work with. Every Fraser location has such a welcoming and team-oriented environment. I also really enjoy working with the residents at my home.
I appreciate the training Fraser offers to make sure we are the best we can be at our jobs. I received training in CPR, first aid, non-violent crisis intervention and medication administration. The onboarding experience can be overwhelming at any new job, but I felt like the Fraser staff went out of their way to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Fraser also offers such wonderful opportunities for growth. I hope soon to become a program coordinator. I just need to finish a little more training, which I am receiving through Fraser. The organization is helping me grow all around.
I honestly haven’t experienced such an amazing climate anywhere else I have worked. The Fraser team has really made me feel welcome, and I am very happy to be part of the staff!
