James R. Moore, M.D.

2002 Louise Whitbeck Fraser Award Recipient

James R. Moore has been practicing pediatric medicine for more than 25 years, a majority of that time with Southdale Pediatric Associates.

Dr. Moore has dedicated his practice to serving children with disabilities and chronic illnesses and their families. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Minneapolis Children's Medical Center, the Minnesota Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and PACER Center, as well as a medical consultant for St. David's Child Development & Family Services.

Dr. Moore is a respected community leader in championing causes of children with special needs. He has been an active advocate and community educator on Fraser's behalf, has served on Fraser's board of directors, and chaired Fraser's committee on autism.
