TEACCH Consultation

Exceptional Children with Communication
and Interaction Disorders Program

TEACCH is a structured teaching model of intervention developed at the University of North Carolina for use with children who have autism spectrum disorders. TEACCH is available through the Exceptional Children with Communication and Interaction Disorders (ECCID) Program at Fraser, which provides evaluation and treatment services for children with autism spectrum disorders. The long-range goal of this program is to maximize each child's developmental potential while improving the child's functioning in family, school, and community environments. Services are tailored to individual needs using best practice methods from multiple perspectives.

Ages Served

Toddlers through young adults and their parents or caregivers.

Our Staff

The staff member providing this service has a doctorate in psychology, is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology, and holds special certification in TEACCH methodology.
