Fraser® Residential Services

Fraser Residential Services provide housing options for people with special needs. We focus on helping each person to enjoy the highest level of independence possible and to participate in the community. Each year, Fraser provides more than 200 people with housing through two distinct living options.

Fraser Homes

Fraser operates 26 homes for adults and children with disabilities. These single-family houses are located in various suburban and urban neighborhoods. Each meets the developmental, health, safety and social needs of each person living there.

Independent Living Apartments

Fraser operates four apartment buildings designed for adults with a primary diagnosis of developmental disability (with or without other disabilities) who can live independently with minimal support. Fraser is the only organization in the Twin Cities to offer this type of apartment rental program and has received national recognition for this unique model. The buildings are made possible through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
