Hennepin County Respite Services Program

Fraser Community Supports

The Fraser home-based respite care program serves young children with special needs who reside in Hennepin County. Fraser provides quality care that meets the diverse needs of each child through stimulating activities. Respite care provides short-term relief for the child’s family or primary caregivers.

This respite care program is through Fraser Community Supports, which provides people with the assistance that they and their families need to maintain and improve personal health, increase independent living skills and assure community participation. Fraser staff members assess needs and work with families to design custom-made programs. Services are tailored based on each person's needs relating to daily living, health, community involvement and behavior.
