Employment
Fraser employees do important work.
For more than 70 years, Fraser has been helping children, adolescents and adults in the greater Twin Cities area reach their potentials. The work our employees do is important. Fraser staff teach preschoolers to talk and walk, provide adolescents with autism the skills they need to engage socially, and enable adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. It's no surprise that in a recent survey, 98 percent of Fraser employees felt that their job was important in serving the mission of Fraser. We encourage you to consider joining our dynamic and compassionate team.
