Position Hours: 36-40 hours per week with some flexibility
Job Duties:
- Participate in team diagnostic assessment and treatment planning and services for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on autism spectrum disorders.
- Provide group therapies for siblings, parents, and children.
- Provide psychological consultation to ECCID day treatment staff.
- Coordinate and provide supervision of training for psychology interns.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and provide input on peer review.
- Know and understand Fraser policies and procedures, DHS Rule 29, Medical Assistance, and other third party payor requirements. Provide services and documentation to meet these requirements.
- Schedule and provide clinical services in such a way as to meet or exceed budgeted productivity targets.
- Be a positive influence in the day-to-day activities of the ECCID team, acting with integrity, showing respect to coworkers and clients.
- Adhere to all applicable local, state and federal regulations governing FCFC.
Qualifications:
- M.A., M.S. or Ph.D. in psychology.
- Current psychology licensure from the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to achieve and maintain status of "not disqualified" upon completion of criminal background studies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team skills.
