Program Coordinator

Work Schedule: Typically 40 hours Monday through Friday with additional on-call hours hours
Job Duties:
- Oversee day to day operations of one or two group homes serving individuals with special needs.
- Develop individualized risk management and outcome-based plans for each person receiving services.
- Documentation of finances, employee records, and services provided to residents.
- Ensure service delivery complies with current regulatory standards.
- Actively supervise all direct care staff.
- Assure each employee complies with standards and completes all regulatory training.
- Develop and maintain an efficient, reliable system to fill open shifts with on call and float staff.
Qualifications Required:
- BA/BS in Human Services or related field required.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a residential setting with individuals with special needs.
- Working knowledge of regulations related to residential services.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- One year work experience with databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
- One year budget management experience, with tracking profit/loss statements.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
- Ability to achieve and maintain status of “may provide direct contact for this agency” upon completion of criminal background studies.
Approximate Minimum Starting Wage: $30,100 (for one home); $32,000 annually (for two homes)
