Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Participate in team diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on autism spectrum disorders.
- Provide group therapies for siblings, parents, and children.
- Provide training and consultation as assigned and appropriate to skills set.
- Provide mental health consultation to Fraser Autism Program day treatment staff.
- Coordinate and provide supervision of training for interns and non-licensed staff.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and provide input on peer review.
- Be a positive influence in the day-to-day activities of the Fraser Autism Program team, acting with integrity, showing respect to coworkers and clients.
Qualifications Required:
- MA, MS, or Ph.D. in a mental health field AND current licensure from the State of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with peers and other professionals.
- Must have the physical health and stamina to work on a consistent basis with children who have special needs. Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
- Ability to achieve and maintain status of “not disqualified” upon completion of criminal background studies.
