Division/Location: Fraser Residential, various metro locations.

Position Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available.

Objective: Provide direct service, completion of personal cares and achievement of personal goals and desires of people receiving services living in a Fraser residential home.

Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education and/or work/educational experiences preferred.
• Ability to pass certification course to administer medications and treatments (within 60 days of hire).
• Must maintain current first aid and CPR certification.
• Must perform duties in multiple locations and hold a valid, state-issued driver's license, with an acceptable driving record consistent with Fraser driving policy.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and calculate percentages.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and physically assist children and adults up to and over 100 pounds in ambulation and transitions as necessary.
