Division/Location: Fraser Residential, Brooklyn Park

Position Hours: Part-time, every Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to noon

Objective: To provide nursing care and coordinate the medical services of clients living in Fraser residential homes.

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license.
• Ability to achieve and maintain status of “not disqualified” upon completion of criminal background studies.
• Fulfill continuing education requirements of 12 CEUs every two years, plus two CEU of infection control every year.
• A valid, state-issued driver's license, background study and other pre-employment paperwork as determined by both Fraser and licensing requirements.
