From the West
East on Hwy 62 (Crosstown). Exit on Penn Ave. Turn right (south) on Penn Ave. Turn right (west) on 64th St. Fraser is approximately one-half block down 64th Street on the right.
From the East
West on Hwy 62 (Crosstown). Exit on Penn Ave. Turn left (south) on Penn Ave. Turn right (west) on 64th St. Fraser is approximately one-half block down 64th Street on the right.
From the North
South on 35W to Hwy 62 (Crosstown). Follow directions above "from the east."
From the South

From Hwy 94
Exit on Hwy 35W South.Follow directions above "from the east."
NOTE: Due to construction, the Penn Avenue entrance ramp to eastbound Hwy. 62 will close on March 24 and remain closed through July 2009. This closure affects visitors leaving Fraser who are headed eastbound on Hwy 62. The suggested detour is to access eastbound Hwy. 62 at Xerxes Ave (six blocks west of Penn). From the West
East on Hwy 94. Exit on Hwy 280 (NOTE: left lane exit ). Exit on University Ave. Cross Franklin Avenue; turn left on University. The KSTP television towers are on your right. Take next right on Bedford (between Super America and KSTP). Fraser parking lot is the fourth driveway on your left (slightly hidden).
From the East
West on Hwy 94. Exit on Hwy 280/University Ave. Follow directions above "from the west."
From the North
South on Hwy 35W. Exit on Hwy 280. Take Hwy 280 south to the Territorial Rd/University Ave exit. Go straight on Eustis Ave and turn right on University Ave. Follow directions above "from the west."
From the South
North on Hwy 35W. Exit on Hwy 94 East. Follow directions above "from the west."

NOTE: Hennepin Square is located in northeast Minneapolis, not Uptown or Downtown Minneapolis. These directions have been modified to reflect detours due to the 35W bridge collapse.
Coming from the South
Take Hwy 35W North to Hwy 94 East to Hwy 280 North. Exit on Hennepin Ave. At the stop light, turn left. Hennepin Square will be on your right about a half mile down the road.
Coming from the North
Take Hwy 35W South to the Stinson Blvd. exit. Left at Stinson Blvd. Follow Stinson to East Hennepin Ave. Turn left on East Hennepin. Hennepin Square will be on the left, just after the first stoplight.
Coming from the West
Take Hwy 94 East to Hwy 280 North. Exit on Hennepin Ave. At the stop light, turn left. Hennepin Square will be on your right about a half mile down the road.
Coming from the East
Take Hwy 94 West to Hwy 280 North. Exit on Hennepin Ave. At the stoplight, turn left. Hennepin Square will be on your right about a half mile down the road.

Taking the Bus
Our office is conveniently accessible from either the# 61 or the #3 bus. The #3 runs from downtown Minneapolis to downtown St. Paul via Como Ave. On the #3, get off at 21st Ave and Como Ave. Walk two blocks north and one block west to our office. On the #61, get off at Taft and East Hennepin. Our office is on the corner of Taft and Hennepin.
Once inside the building, take the elevators to the fourth floor. Take a left off the elevators and a left down the hallway to suite 402.
