  • behavioral aides — provide care and services to fulfill a child’s individual treatment plan.
  • mental health professionals — treat children who have autism or developmental, behavioral or emotional challenges.
  • music therapists — use music to help children develop academic, social, emotional, communication and physical skills.
  • neuropsychologists — evaluate children and young adults with attention deficit disorder, pervasive developmental disorders, developmental delay and learning disabilities.
  • occupational therapists — evaluate and treat children with fine and gross motor delay, difficulty with self-care and sensory integration disorders.
  • personal care assistants — provide support services to people with disabilities in their homes or in the community.
  • psychologists — provide diagnostic evaluations, therapy, parent guidance, day treatment and case management services for families with a variety of needs.
  • mental retardation professionals — assist with activities of daily living for people living in Fraser residences or people receiving care services in their family homes.

  • social workers — provide services for families with a variety of needs related to a disability or to reduce the risk of child abuse or neglect.
  • speech-language pathologists — provide evaluation, consultation and treatment for children with motor and sensory dysfunction, decreased functional and developmental skills, feeding and swallowing difficulties, and speech, language and hearing disorders.
  • teachers — provide infant, toddler, preschool and kindergarten preparatory curricula to children of all abilities in an inclusive setting.
