Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
Fraser Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are developed to bring restorative, recovery-oriented interventions directly to adults with mental health issues and developmental disabilities. Clinicians work to understand how each Mental Illness and Developmental Disability works separately and how they affect each other. Through Fraser ARMHS, skills that have been lost or diminished due to mental illness can be reacquired, practiced, and enhanced whenever and wherever they are needed.
Mental Health Practitioners will use treatment goals to provide instruction, assistance, and support to recipients in the person’s home or in the community.
- Basic Living and Social Skills Interventions
- Medication Education
- Community Intervention Services
- Transitioning to Community Living (TCL)
To be eligible for ARMHS, clients must be at least 18 years old and be on Medical Assistance.
Fraser ARMHS is currently available in Hennepin, Dakota, Ramsey and Washington Counties.
