Housing
- Fraser provides a variety three distinct housing options for adolescents and adults with disabilities, helping each person to enjoy the highest level of independence possible and to participate in the community.
Home and Community Supports
- Fraser Home and Community Supports helps people with special needs of all ages maintain physical and behavioral health, increase family well-being, and develop independent living skills so that they can participate in the community and stay in their own homes.
Autism Services for Teens & Adults
- Fraser is the largest and most experienced provider of autism services in Minnesota. Each year, Fraser provides diagnosis, treatment and support services to thousands of adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders. Fortunately, evidence shows that with the right support, people with autism can make gains at any point in their lives.
