Emotional/Behavioral

Fraser Mental Health provides services for children whose parents or caregivers have concerns about their developmental, behavioral and/or emotional well-being. We serve children with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including adjustment disorders, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, conduct disorders, ADHD, and Reactive Attachment Disorders. The program also provides services which help parents evaluate and build their skills.

With early detection and appropriate treatment, most children with mental health needs can gain skills to lead healthy lives. Fraser is one of a few agencies in the Twin Cities to provide day treatment services to preschoolers with severe emotional and behavioral disorders.

Fraser Mental Health serves children and adolescents ages 0-18, and their parents and caregivers.

Locations: These programs are currently offered in our Fraser Minneapolis, Fraser Anoka and Fraser School locations (for Preschool Mental Health Day Treatment locations, click that option below).

Payment/Funding: All major commercial health insurance plans, Medical Assistance and private pay are accepted. We are also able to provide limited services for uninsured Hennepin County residents. Clients may have financial responsibility for co-pays or deductibles. We encourage you to call your insurance company to find out what your benefits are for the services Fraser has recommended.

Success Story

Coping With Change

"Davion is still active but now he listens more. I tell him once not to do something. He gets rewards instead of punishment. Without Fraser, I would still be trying to find help."
