Mall of America Rotunda

Presented by BMO Harris Bank

Nearly 2,500 supporters joined together at the Mall of America on April 18th for the Fraser Walk for Autism, presented by BMO Harris Bank, to raise support and awareness for one of the greatest needs of our community – autism services. The outpouring of support raised an amazing $100,000+ for the innovative, family-centered services that Fraser provides. You can still make a donation to this year’s event in honor of someone you love affected by autism.

Walkers kicked-off the event with Colleen Lindstrom from myTalk 107.1 and enjoyed the half-mile walk route filled with fun for all ages. Highlights of this year’s event included the SnapYourself interactive photo booth, sponsored by BMO Harris Bank, Free Spirit Publishing author Armond Isaak, and therapy animals from Pawsitivity Service Dogs and North Star Therapy Animals.

A huge thank you goes to Never Forget Nellie 3, who earned the Top Fundraising Team Challenge title for the third year in a row by raising $8,575. The team, led by Margret Martodam and John Hawley, has collectively raised over $45,000 in the past three years through the Fraser Walk for Autism in honor of John’s wife Jenelle, who passed away in 2012. We would also like to thank the Wells Fargo Walkers, winners of the Corporate Team Challenge, who raised over $4,000 for Fraser!
