Program Coordinator


OVERVIEW:

The Program Coordinator will provide supervision and leadership to assure continuous quality improvement in active treatment service development and implementation at one or two group home sites. The Program Coordinator will also comply with all regulations, and the vision, policies and budgetary parameters of Fraser.

We are seeking a new manager with strong decision making skills, who is able to manage their time well to get tasks done accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires individuals to be self-motivated. Applicants with strong communication skills and experience supervising others are strongly desired.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the group homes.

2. Supervising all direct care staff.

3. Managing the budget of the homes.

4. Serving as site QMRP, including developing risk management and outcome-based plans for the residents.

LOCATIONS:

Fraser offers positions in a number of locations in Hennepin and Anoka County.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology or other similar majors to fulfill qualifications for QDDP.

2. A valid Minnesota driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

3. The ability to use clear and understandable written and verbal English.

4. A minimum of one year in a leadership position in a group home setting.

5. The ability to demonstrate strong decision-making skills.

6. Proficiency in leading staff and guiding performance.

7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Two years or more of management experience in a group home setting.
